Established in 1972, Montessori Children’s House is CELEBRATING ITS 40TH YEAR serving families in the Greater Lansing Area. We are honored to continue the proven method of education that Maria Montessori developed and for which our school is known. Montessori is a system of education which fosters independent, joyful, lifelong learning. It is an educational model that holds at its highest ideal respect for the autonomy of the individual.
